Ab Circle Pro 199$ As seen on TV
by Bob Delmonte on Nov.07, 2009, under Ab Equipment
The Ab Circle Pro has been making rounds on TV these days. We do not intend to comment on Ab Circle Pro which has real good reviews. Instead , i intend to make a small difference in the product. the Ab Circle Pro ascertains that you can get a full 100 push up worth of exercise in 3 minutes. Thats true for the first one week. After which you have to follow the Ab Circle PRO Abdominal exercises on the below video to get optimum effect from this product. The product is great, any product is great for a while. The ab rocker worked for a few months for some and for some it was just a week. The right exercise should complement the Equipment and the Ab Circle pro has succeeded in creating a great workout program to complement their equipment. Check out the video on Ab Circle pro Below.

Lots of helpful stuff on this site. At the moment I’m really focused on getting ripped six pack abs. It’s my personal mission these days. I’m wondering if anyone has any special diet recommendations to help me get six pack abs faster I’ve been told that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to include in my diet. Are there any other foods I should consider working into my diet?

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
